SBA's Die Cutting & Fabrication facility; SBA 'Manufacturing', is based at our Head Office location in Leicester. The unit has a list of many famous customers throughout Industry and the Utilities, which are complemented by a range of other customers in more unusual sectors such as Formula One Racing. The unit's aim is to provide, via various fabrication and die cutting techniques, bespoke and cost effective solutions to customer requirements.

The unit produces products such as riot shield blades die cut from Lexan Polycarbonate sheet through to gaskets, washers and seals, which are die cut from rubber and other jointing materials. Signs, jig saw puzzles, clock faces and rulers are also produced using techniques more commonly associated with the production of materials for industry. You will find the unit's products in places as diverse as the Natural History Museum and the Disney Corporation's shops.
