Leave the M1 following signposts for Leicester City Centre.
At large roundabout (for Fosse Park Shopping Centre) take second left along the Narborough Road towards Leicester.
At first set of traffic lights (with Holiday Inn opposite) turn right onto Braunstone Lane East, proceed under railway bridge to 'T' junction and traffic lights at Aylestone Road.
Turn left onto Aylestone Road and proceed to junction just after second railway bridge.
Turn left and pass through traffic lights with Vauxhall Dealership to your right.
Select the right hand lane and pass the rear of the Odeon Cinema complex to turn right at next traffic lights into Almond Road.
Proceed straight at next lights and select right hand lane for right turn at subsequent traffic lights (opposite Ford Dealership).
Follow road with Safeway Store to your right, selecting left hand lane for left turn at Porcelenosa Tile Centre traffic lights.
At this left turn, SBA is the first building on your left after the small slip road.
